First, you explore our available properties and contact us with questions about any parcel that interests you. We are happy to discuss access, zoning, general location, and intended use.


Next, you choose how you want to purchase the property. Buyers may pay in full or use owner financing. Financing does not require a credit check and does not include prepayment penalties. Terms vary by property and are explained before any agreement is signed.


Once you decide to move forward, we send you a clear purchase agreement outlining the price, payment structure, and property details. You review and sign electronically at your own pace.


After the agreement is in place, we prepare and handle the required paperwork according to the agreed structure. If financing is used, ownership transfers after the balance is paid in full.


When the final payment is completed, the deed is recorded in your name and delivered to you for your records.
